Conditions

• Prices are in Euros and are per week per apartment, They include the consumption of water, electricity and gas.
• It is not included in the price tourist tax to be paid at the beginning of the holiday, according to the rates established by the Municipality of Castagneto Carducci.
• It is not included in the price the final cleaning of the apartments, obligatory, and Euro 60 for one and two rooms, Euro 70 for three-room
• Euro 70/period must be added in the presence of a pet.
• The cleaning of the kitchen is the responsibility of the customer, if unable to do so, will be charged an additional Euro 30,00.
• The bed linen, bath and kitchen is not provided.
  It’s possible to rent:
  - Bed linnen at Euro 8,00 per person per change.
  - Bath towels at Euro 7,00 per person per change.
• Cot or extra bed (on request where possible) Euro 35.00 per week.
• During High Season the stay is from Saturday to Saturday.
• Check in from 16.00 to 19.00 (please advise for arrivals after 19 hours), Check out by 10:00 am.

We would like to point out to our kind guests that our apartments are located in a natural environment made up of sea, beach, dunes and pine forest where various animal species live including insects, ants, lizards, geckos, grass snakes and mice.
For our part, we try to combat the presence of these unwanted animals by keeping the gardens as clean and tidy as possible and using insecticides, baits, deterrents and disinhabitants for a precise ethical and environmental choice in the name of sustainability we do not use poisons and aggressive substances that can pollute permanently the natural environment and harm humans and domestic animals. The choice to come to our residence therefore involves the possibility of finding some unwanted animal in the apartment in which case we will intervene promptly to remedy the inconvenience.
We ask our kind guests to collaborate with us by avoiding leaving food residues, cosmetic products and anything else that could attract insects, ants, lizards, geckos, grass snakes and mice.

In our area, the Etruscan Cost, the bond between men, animals and land is indissoluble, that’s also why our Residence Villa Emilia is open to your pets.
To let you live this vacation with your furry friends at best we kindly ask you to follow some easy rules of behavior.
Every animal needs to be up-to-date with its vaccination schedule
An assurance is not requested, but the owner is always held accountable for the wellbeing and the behavior of the animal and the owner is liable for damages caused to people or things made by the animal itself.
It’s not allowed the admission of aggressive pets or pets subject to regulations for safeguarding public health and safety. The management reserves the right to remove animals which are dangerous or cause nuisance to other guests.
In common areas the owner must ALWAYS keeps dogs on a leash (maximum length 1,5m) and be sure that the dog as an appropriate behavior towards people and other pets present in our Residence.
The beach in front of our Residence is a free beach, so it’s subject to the municipality of Castagneto Carducci: the entry of dogs is forbidden from 15th of June to 15th of September.
